- ALWAYS provide a clean reference with clean colors- Please tell me exactly what you want so there will be no excessive edits, if you don't I will make use of the creative freedom- I have the right to refuse or refund a commission- I do refunds ONLY if you ask for a refund due to overly long wait before completion or me being unable to do the commission I will charge you the amount for the work done and refund you the rest. Finished commissions are not eligible for a refund.- 50% Payment always upfront via Paypal in EUROS/EUR, the other 50% once the sketch is approved. If you cannot pay the amount due you have a 2 day grace period before being placed on a blacklist.- Please do not rush me or pressure me, I will try my best to finish in a reasonable time, if it does take longer I will let you know the reason and give updates- I will send progress/updates and wait for feedback approval, once the sketch is approved I will finish the rest, if requested I can send progress updates after the sketch but only minor edits will be done if there are any- I sometimes do special sales with SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS!! So make sure to join my discord to be notified of such sales or even free requests!
